State Treasury Portal

The State Treasury Portal provides access to information on accounts managed by Banca d'Italia within the framework of the State Treasury service.

The service is intended for Entities holding Single Treasury Accounts, Special Accounts and Treasury Current Accounts, as well as for Treasurers of entities operating under the Single Treasury Account regime.

The Portal complements and will gradually replace the 'Online Statements' application. It is an evolution of the existing service, aimed at improving operational efficiency, access security and the timeliness of the information made available to users.

Access to the service

The Portal (State Treasury Portal) is accessed via digital identity systems:

  • SPID (Public Digital Identity System);
  • Electronic Identity Card (CIE);
  • European Digital Identity (eIDAS).

Accreditation is carried out through an online self-registration procedure, followed by a digital signing of the request. The self-registration page can be accessed via the same Portal link.
