  • The macroeconomic projections for Italy are released in April, June, October and December. In June and December these projections are part of the macroeconomic projections for the euro area.

  • A fact-finding survey of a sample of financial intermediaries selected as representative of Italy's financial system in order to measure the level of adoption of technological innovations applied to financial services.

  • The Newsletter on economic research in Banca d'Italia, available only in English, is mainly targeted at the research community with the aim of promoting awareness of the research work carried out by the Bank's economists.

  • The International Technical Cooperation Newsletter is a twice-yearly publication, intended to inform readers about technical cooperation at Banca d'Italia.

Proceedings, seminars and conferences

  • This series collects the proceedings of workshops and conferences organized by Banca d'Italia.

  • The Lecture has been instituted by Banca d'Italia to promote original contributions by eminent scholars on the issues of money and finance. The Lecture is named after Paolo Baffi, Governor of Banca d'Italia from 1975 to 1979.

  • This section contains the scientific papers - by Banca d'Italia researchers, academics, members of institutions and staff of other central banks - presented at the workshops and conferences organized by the Bank.

  • Banca d'Italia organizes numerous seminars led by internal and external speakers, mostly from Italian and foreign universities, international organizations, and other central banks.

  • This series collects papers, monographs and conference proceedings on a variety of topics bearing on Banca d'Italia's institutional functions.

History, archival and bibliographic studies

  • The purpose of this series is to disseminate preliminary versions of historical studies on growth, finance, money, and institutions prepared within Banca d'Italia or presented at Bank seminars by external speakers.

  • The aim of the Historical Series is to make documents, statistics, analyses and monographic studies available to researchers, as instruments serving to stimulate and facilitate research and scholarship.

  • A series of papers related to the work of the Historical Archives: inventories of archival fonds; collections of documents; monographs; etc. (only in Italian)

  • The series The Paolo Baffi Library: Collections and Studies aims at enhancing the profile of the Library and promote its work through the publication of bibliographies, catalogues of holdings, guides and studies.

Law

  • The series focuses on the legal analysis of issues related to institutional functions or of specific interest to Banca d'Italia.

Memoirs for Parliamentary Commissions

  • Banca d'Italia's Memorandums to the Committees of the Senate of the Republic and of the Chamber of Deputies.
