"The Italian economy in brief," published around the tenth of each month, supplies data and statistics on current conditions and structural features of the Italian economic and financial systems. The publication contents have been extended and organized in seven sections: real economic activity, prices, foreign transactions, financial conditions of the private sectors, developments in the banking sector, the public finances, the inflation and growth forecasts released by the Bank of Italy and selected international institutions.
