The tables of this section show how Italy has implemented the prudential supervision provisions of Regulation EU No 575/2013 (Capital Requirements Regulation - CRR) and Directive 2013/36/EU (Capital Requirements Directive - CRD), for banks and systemic investment firms, and of Regulation EU No 2033/2019 (Investment Firms Regulation - IFR) and Directive 2019/2034/EU (Investment Firms Directive - IFD), for non-systemic investment firms.
