Online statements

The new State Treasury Portal is now available (State Treasury Portal) and will replace the 'Online Statements' application.

To ensure a gradual transition to the new system, account statements relating to Single Treasury system accounts and to Special Treasury Accounts will be available in the 'Online Statements' application until March 2027.

The 'online statements' application provides registered users with statements for Single Treasury system accounts and Special Treasury accounts relating to the last three calendar years.

Details on how to register for access to this service are contained in the following documents:

  • MEF Circular No. 2 of 22 January 2016, for Single Treasury accounts;
  • MEF Circular No. 22 of 2 December 2020, for Special Treasury accounts.

Users can log in with their username, i.e. their personal tax code (codice fiscale), and their password. After logging in, users can:

  • search for one or more statements for their own accounts;
  • view statements online;
  • download statements.
