Market access: new web page available with information on the licensing of new intermediaries
A new section of the Bank of Italy's website is now available with information on the licensing of banks and financial intermediaries seeking to become supervised entities in Italy.
In this new section, you will find information on the authorization procedures, a summary of the requirements established by the current provisions for the exercise of reserved activities, the main relevant legislation, and some FAQs.
The goal is to promote transparency and provide operational and regulatory information on how to apply for an authorization.
