The conference aims at bringing together lead economists to discuss the role of managers and owners in shaping firm performance, with a particular emphasis on micro-macro linkages (from firm behavior to aggregate productivity growth) and policy implications. The two keynote lectures will be given by Renée Adams (Oxford - Said Business School) and Raffaella Sadun (Harvard Business School and CEPR). The workshop will be held online.
