The Bank of Italy publishes information on its shareholdings in unlisted companies. After each company's financial statements have been approved, the Bank provides information on the extent of its equity holding, the net profit/loss for the last three financial years, the number (if any) of Bank representatives on company boards and their annual remuneration.
