The annual accounts are approved by the Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders within the time limit established in the Bank's Statute.

For the years up to 2014, the annual accounts and the notes to the accounts are included in the Annual Report, which is published by the end of May each year.

Banca d'Italia also publishes month-end financial statements. Up to March 2017, the month-end financial statements are available in the Statistical Bulletin and, as time series, in the statistical database (BDS).
