The Banking and Financial Ombudsman - Annual Report

The report on the activities of the Banking and Financial Ombudsman (Arbitro Bancario Finanziario, ABF) is prepared and published by Banca d'Italia according to the Provisions for out of court dispute resolution relating to banking and financial operations and services. The report gives an account of the work done during the year by the decision-making body and by the out of court resolution system overall.
