Bank of Italy Guides

The Bank of Italy Guides use simple and straightforward language to help consumers understand the characteristics of some of the most common banking and financial products and make informed choices by comparing different offers on the market.

According to the rules on transparency in banking and financial services, banks or other financial operators are obliged to make these Guides available to their clients, which are written in accordance with the models drawn up by Banca d'Italia and published on its website.

The Guide to the Central Credit Register is published by banks on their websites and in any other way they consider to be appropriate.
