On 16-17 December 2013 the Bank of Italy hosted the 3rd Workshop on "Financial Determinants of Foreign Exchange Rates", jointly organized with the European Central Bank.
The 2013 workshop once again provided a forum for discussing innovative research by central bank economists on the financial determinants of exchange rates.
A number of academics and private sector economists attended. Prof. Pedro Santa Clara (University of Lisbon) delivered the keynote lecture.
