On 21 January 2011, the Deputy Director General of the Bank of Italy, Anna Maria Tarantola, spoke on the occasion of the inaugural conference on the MA in Advanced Finance organized in Naples by the Higher Training College of the Institute for Research and Education (I.P.E.). The talk was entitled "Towards A New Financial Regulatory Framework".
