The ECB has published information on the impact of Eurosystem financial portfolios on the carbon footprint and on climate risks

The European Central Bank (ECB) published its second set of disclosures on the carbon footprint of its financial portfolios and their exposure to climate risks today, as well as on its governance, strategy and management of climate change-related risks.

Specifically, the disclosures cover Eurosystem financial assets held for monetary policy purposes and those not related to monetary policy.
