Luigi Federico Signorini, Deputy Governor of the Bank of Italy, spoke today before the Joint Session of the Fifth Committees of the Senate (Budget) and the Chamber of Deputies (Budget, Treasury and Planning) as part of the preliminary hearing on the 2016 Economic and Financial Document.
