On 13 November, Stefano Siviero, Director General for Payments and Market Infrastructures, spoke on 'Technological innovation in the Italian financial system: growth, sustainability and human capital' during the conference on 'The productivity of the financial system in a phase of consolidation, technological progress and enhancement of human resources', organized by the Associazione Nazionale per lo Studio dei Problemi del Credito (ANSPC) at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
