Sale of Bank of Italy property in Belluno, Matera, Varese, Avellino, Cosenza and Parma

The Bank of Italy is continuing the sale of its properties.

The notices of sale for the following buildings and units are posted in the Real Estate Assets section:

  • Belluno, Piazza dei Martiri n. 29 (building),
  • Matera, Piazza San Francesco n. 2 (building),
  • Varese, Via Cavour n. 20 (building),
  • Avellino, Via Maffucci n. 2 (residential unit),
  • Cosenza, Via Cattaneo n. 7 (2 residential unit),
  • Parma, Via Goito n. 18 (residential unit).

Expressions of interest are to be submitted in the manner and by the date indicated in each notice of sale.
