On 6 March 2025, Banca d'Italia held a webinar for operators intending to apply for authorization to manage non-performing loans (NPLs). The webinar draws attention to the requirements and obligations laid down in the new 'Supervisory Provisions for the management of non-performing loans' (only in Italian).
