Rules on Alternative Investment Fund Managers pending the transposition into Italian law of the AIFM Directive

The Bank of Italy and Consob have issued a joint communication on the rules for alternative investment fund managers pending the transposition of the AIFM Directive 2011/61/EU, for which the deadline was 22 July 2013.
