Dematerialization of shareholdings in the Bank of Italy's capital

The Board of Directors has begun the process of dematerializing shareholdings in the Bank of Italy’s capital, passing a resolution to transfer them to the central securities depository as of 18 January 2016.

The Board of Directors will hold an extraordinary general meeting on 26 November 2015 to approve the relevant amendments to the Statute.
