Chiara Scotti, Deputy Governor of Banca d'Italia, will give the opening remarks at the fifth edition of the conference on Financial Stability and Regulation. Banca d'Italia will host the event at the Carlo Azeglio Ciampi Centre for Monetary and Financial Education in Rome.
