The conference on 'Laying the Groundwork for Jobs in Africa: Core Infrastructure & Business Environments' is being held in Rome at Palazzo Koch.

The event will be opened by Fabio Panetta, Governor of Banca d'Italia, followed by speeches from Giorgia Meloni, the Italian Prime Minister, Tharman Shanmugaratnam, President of the Republic of Singapore, and Ajay Banga, President of the World Bank Group.
