Phase III of the EU-funded programme to strengthen central bank capacities in the Western Balkans

Chiara Scotti, Deputy Governor of Banca d'Italia, delivers the opening address today in Rome at the kick-off meeting for Phase III of the EU-funded programme aimed at strengthening the central banks and supervisory authorities (capacities) in the Western Balkans. The Western Balkans include six countries covered by the EU enlargement policy: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo, North Macedonia and Serbia.
