BFF Bank S.p.A. - Temporary Supporting Commissioners

On 27 March 2026 [1], Banca dItalia adopted the following decision:

  • appointment of two Commissioners to work temporarily with BFF Bank S.p.A.'s current Board of Directors, pursuant to Article 75-bis, paragraph 1, of the Italian Consolidated Law on Banking (Legislative Decree 385/1993). In particular, Professor Raffaele Lener and Dr Francesco Fioretto were appointed as Temporary Supporting Commissioners and took office on 28 March 2026.
