The wealth of Italian households and non-financial corporations (discontinued)

In May 2019, Banca d'Italia and Istat published statistics on the wealth of Italian households and non-financial corporations. The report contains findings and methodological notes that provide an integrated analysis of real and financial wealth and its evolution over time, and includes an international comparison with advanced economies. In January 2022, thanks to a new release of non-financial data for financial corporations and general government, Banca d'Italia and Istat started publishing annual statistics on the wealth of the Italian institutional sectors, see 'The wealth of Italy’s institutional sectors'. Previously, between 2007 and 2015 Banca d'Italia published some balance sheet data on a part of the household sector (see 'Household Wealth in Italy (discontinued)').
