Governor Ignazio Visco adresses the Bank of Italy's General Meeting of Shareholders, held on 31 March at Palazzo Koch in Rome, to approve the Bank's Annual Accounts and carry out other statutory duties.

The Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting is also held on the same day to decide on amendments to the Bank's Statute.
