Banca d'Italia obtains ISO 29993:2017 and 29994:2021 certifications for learning services

Banca d'Italia has obtained the ISO 29993:2017 and 29994:2021 certifications covering all active training areas (managerial, behavioural, linguistic, technical-specialist and onboarding). Specifically, the certifications were issued by the accredited certification body CSQA and are for learning services outside formal education and for distance learning services.

The decision to apply for certification, based on the defined standards, is another step in the process of continuously improving the quality and effectiveness of the Bank's training programme.
