Automation of CAI Data Access Requests via the Online Services platform

Starting from 2 March, requests for access to data held in the Interbank Register of Bad Cheques and Payment cards (CAI) which are submitted through the Online Services platform using an authorized digital identity service (SPID or CIE) and regarding the applicant's own personal data will be processed automatically.

The response will be available in the user's personal area, which can be accessed via the link sent to the email address provided at the time of submission.

The personal area can be accessed at any time from the Online Services portal.
