This section gives absence rates for the Bank of Italy staff:

  • total number of days of absence (not counting vacation days or overtime compensation days);
  • the average absence rates, i.e. the ratio of total days of absence to total working days.

From 2020 absence rates are calculated on a quarterly basis.
