Bank of Italy staff perform their duties under the principle of exclusive relationship with the Bank.

Activities and positions not strictly part of that relationship can be performed or held only within the limits laid down in the internal regulations and with the Bank's prior authorization; in particular, authorization depends on ascertainment of the absence of situations of even potential conflict of interest.

Below is a list of the positions held by employees or authorized by the Bank, which are reported to the Department of Public Administration, and their duration and remuneration.
