The Italian Housing Market Survey, conducted quarterly with Tecnoborsa and Agenzia delle Entrate (OMI), covers a sample of real estate agents and gathers their opinions regarding the current and expected course of house sales, price trends, rental prices and contracts.
A detailed commentary on the survey results is provided in a dedicated report available on the Statistics Portal (links to reports for the most recent years are provided below).
