The Bank of Italy publishes the first Report on sustainable investments and climate-related risks.
This Report, which is prepared annually, is the Bank of Italy's response to the commitment - undertaken with the Responsible Investment Charter - to communicate the results achieved by the sustainable investment strategies adopted for portfolios not related to monetary policy, and to contribute to fostering the ESG culture in the financial system and among citizens.
The document is divided into four areas that illustrate the decision-making process, the methodologies used for risk management, the ESG investment strategies adopted and the results achieved in terms of sustainability.
