Sale procedures for properties located in Pisa and Viterbo

Banca d'Italia is continuing to sell off its portfolio of real estate that is not used for institutional purposes.

The Notices of Sale for the properties located in Pisa and Viterbo have been published on the page 'The disposal of real estate assets'. Potential buyers can submit an expression of interest according to the instructions set out in the Notices of Sale by the deadline for submission stated therein. The Notices of Sale are available only in Italian.
