Legal conference 'Banking crises: resolution, liquidation and prospects for reform in the light of the Spanish and Italian experience'

On October 21, the Bank of Italy - will host the conference 'Banking crises: resolution, liquidation and prospects for reform in the light of the Spanish and Italian experience'. The conference will be held in hybrid mode - in person at Palazzo Koch and remotely via Webex - and will examine the legal frameworks for the prevention and management of banking crises in Spanish and Italian law.

Case law will also be analysed, together with the prospects for reform of the European legislation and the Unidroit project on crisis management for small and medium-sized intermediaries.

The conference will be held in Italian and Spanish; simultaneous interpretation will be provided.
