Today, during the closing plenary session of the Salone dei Pagamenti in Milan, Banca d'Italia presented the 11 projects selected to provide support to Milano Hub, out of the 26 participants in the third Call for Proposals launched last June and dedicated to instant payments.
The selected projects (listed in alphabetical order by participant) are:
Fintech Hub

- Liqex Italia Srl, 'B2Bridge'
- Next Digital Platform Srl, 'Il wallet digitale come PoB (Point of Buy)'
- School Mission Srl, 'ScuolaPay - Digital bank per le scuole'
- Verestro Joint Stock Company, 'Virtual cards for insurance companies'
Innovation Hub
- CGN Fintech Srl, 'Open Banking per agevolazioni fiscali'
- Fabrick SpA, 'Account Tokenization for A2A Payments'
- Intesa Sanpaolo SpA, 'Strumenti di pagamento innovativi basati su DLT'
- TeamSystem Payments Srl, 'Embedded Dynamic Discounting: short-term funding for SMEs'
Research and Development Hub
- DLT Science Foundation LTD, 'The Liquidity Marketplace'
- Politecnico di Milano, 'L'impatto degli e-money token nell'ecosistema dei pagamenti'
A support team from Banca d'Italia will be assigned to each of the 11 projects. The support phase will start in the coming weeks and will last six months.
