Anonymized survey data are available on the financial literacy of Italy's adult population
The Bank of Italy released the anonymized survey data, for research purposes only, from the survey on the financial literacy of Italy’s adult population.
The survey was carried out in 2017 using the methodology developed by the OECD International Network for Financial Education (INFE) and is part of a G20 project to gather internationally comparable data on the financial literacy level of the population.
The main results are reported in the paper 'Measuring the financial literacy of the adult population: the experience of Banca d'Italia', Questioni di Economia e Finanza (Occasional Papers), 435, 2018 and in the G20 report available on the OECD website.
