Given the numerous requests for information on this topic from other central banks, this webinar aims to share the Bank of Italy's experience in building its operational resilience system. The programme includes a theoretical foundation, complemented by more technical information and tools that are useful for developing or improving operational risk management (ORM), business continuity management (BCM) and crisis management frameworks. This makes the webinar useful both for institutions that already have their own systems in place and are interested in a comparison, and for organizations that are starting to introduce these frameworks. Some topics may be covered in more detail, depending on the needs of the audience.
