Occasional Papers (Questioni di economia e finanza)

These papers deal with issues of primary importance to the institutional tasks of Banca d'Italia and the Eurosystem. The contributions deal with current issues relevant to economic policy and are complementary to the Temi di discussione (Working Papers).

The series contains research carried out inside the Bank, sometimes in cooperation with other Eurosystem central banks or other institutions.

The opinions expressed and conclusions drawn are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Banca d'Italia.
