Welcome address by Paolo Angelini at the Workshop on 'Quantitative Methods and Fighting Economic Crime'

Paolo Angelini, Deputy Governor of Banca d'Italia, gave the welcome address at the Fifth Workshop on 'Quantitative Methods and Fighting Economic Crime', organized in Rome by Italy's Financial Intelligence Unit (UIF) in collaboration with the Bocconi University. This annual workshop is a valuable opportunity for a meeting between the worlds of research, the authorities for the prevention and combating of economic crime, and the banking and financial sector.
