As part of the development process of TIBER-EU (the framework for threat intelligence-based ethical red-teaming, i.e. with the participation of specialized cybersecurity companies), the ECB has published a set of templates to be adopted by financial entities and threat intelligence and red-teaming service providers to conduct end-to-end TIBER tests. The adoption of these standardized templates aims to harmonize the implementation of the TIBER framework within each EU jurisdiction and to facilitate individual tests and the mutual recognition of the results at pan-European level.
