The August issue of 'The Italian economy in brief' is now available under the Statistics series. This publication contains data and statistics on the current conditions and structural features of the Italian economic and financial systems. It is divided into seven sections: real economic activity, prices, foreign transactions, financial conditions of the private sector, developments in the banking sector, the public finances, the inflation and growth forecasts released by Banca d'Italia and selected international institutions.
