The European Blockchain Regulatory Sandbox for Distributed Ledger Technologies has identified the national and EU regulators and authorities, including Banca d’Italia, that are best placed to be involved in the confidential discussions on the 20 innovative use cases selected at the beginning of last summer for the second cohort. These use cases cover a wide range of industrial sectors and regulatory issues.
The confidential dialogues will take place from late September 2024 to the early months of 2025. Following this phase, a report will be published, outlining the best practices that emerged from the discussions of this second cohort.
