The Bank of Italy's Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

The Bank of Italy’s Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on 31 March at Palazzo Koch in Rome to approve the Bank’s Annual Accounts and the distribution of dividends for the financial year 2019.

On this occasion, the Bank will adopt all the precautionary organizational measures in line with the recommendations of the Italian national and local authorities to contain and manage the COVID-19 emergency.
