Testimony of Carmelo Barbagallo before the Chamber of Deputies on the cooperative bank reform bill

Carmelo Barbagallo, Head of the Directorate General for Financial Supervision and Regulation, was heard today by the 6th Committee (Finance) of the Chamber of Deputies as part of the review of the bill to convert Decree Law 18/2016, containing urgent cooperative bank reform and other banking measures, into law.
