Piero Cipollone, Deputy Governor of the Bank of Italy, spoke at the 2023 Global Payments Week, a biennial event that brings together payment system experts from central banks. The event took place in Marrakech (Morocco) and was co-organized by the World Bank and the Committee on Payments and Market.
