Servicers in securitization transactions - Communication on risk profiles and supervisory lines

Given the current and future development of the credit securitization market, the Bank of Italy sent a communication to the banking and financial servicers to highlight the sector's risks and formulate recommendations on the appropriate controls to be adopted in the servicing business. In addition, steps have been taken to collect more information.
