Sergio Nicoletti Altimari opens the sixth 'WE_ARE_IN Macroeconomics and Finance' Conference in Rome

Sergio Nicoletti Altimari, Deputy Governor of Banca d'Italia, will deliver the opening remarks at the sixth 'WE_ARE_IN Macroeconomics and Finance' Conference, taking place in Rome on 22 and 23 October 2026.

Female economists from academia and public institutions present and discuss new research on macroeconomics and finance relevant to central banks. The conference is co-organized by Banca d'Italia, the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR) and the European Central Bank (ECB).
