Sergio Nicoletti Altimari opens the 13th Joint ESAs Consumer Protection Day

Sergio Nicoletti Altimari, Deputy Governor of Banca d'Italia, opens the conference marking the 13th Joint ESAs Consumer Protection Day, held at Teatro Quirino in Rome.

The conference, dedicated to the key issues surrounding consumer protection in the financial sector, is jointly organized by the three European Supervisory Authorities (EBA, EIOPA and ESMA), this year in cooperation with Banca d'Italia.

The theme of this year's edition is 'Ensuring fair access, better outcomes for consumers and responsible innovation in a changing financial landscape'.
