Salvatore Rossi's remarks on 'Finance and Climate Change'

Salvatore Rossi, Senior Deputy Governor of the Bank of Italy and President of the Institute for the Supervision of Insurance (IVASS), spoke today on 'Finance and Climate Change' at the conference on 'Finance and the environment' held in Rome and organized by the National Association for the Study of Credit Problems (ANSPC).
