Salvatore Rossi, Senior Deputy Governor of the Bank of Italy and President of the Italian Insurance Supervisory Authority (IVASS), spoke today at the IVASS conference on the launch of Solvency II, held in Rome at the Bank of Italy’s Conference Centre.
